One area that has yet to be explored, however, is the possibility of playing games on the Apple Watch. The obvious limitation for enjoying games on a watch like this is the screen size.  Surprisingly that didn't stop game developers from trying.

Apple Watch users will be delighted to hear that four games will be coming this year. All of these games, have been developed for the iOS and developers were able to adapt them for the Apple Watch.

Game developer Monkube will release "BlastBall Duo" in a couple of months. This upcoming game is basically the Apple Watch counterpart of "Blastball Max," which was recently released for the iOS.

Blastball Duo is a 1v1 multiplayer game. The goal of the game is to make 5 in a row. The game involves the use board pieces.

"Elementary Minute," an iOS game developed by Klemens Strasser, was also successfully adapted for the Apple Watch and is set to be released April 24.

As the name suggest, you have a minute to answer if a statement or a visual shown onscreen is accurate or not. To answer yes or no simply requires the wearer to swipe in a certain direction.

"Hatchi' is an LCD virtual pet game that's been around for quite some time. It has been resurrected for the Apple Watch.

Nimblebit will release "Letterpad" for the Apple Watch although no specific date yet has been mentioned with regards to its release date.

After the April launch, we can expect more games to be released for the Apple Watch.
