Nicholas Brendon seems to be on a roll lately, but not in a good way.

The 43-year old actor, best known for his role in the series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" was arrested again in Florida. According to the Tallahassee police, the incident, which occurred on Friday night, resulted in Brendon's arrest due to damages to the property, as well as criminal mischief.

Brendon attended the "Geek Convention" event in Florida when reports filed by the police show that he called the authorities late at night and complained that someone had stolen his wallet and phone from his hotel room.

A police officer responded to the actor's call and arrived at the hotel. He was met by the hotel manager who informed him that a guest, who happens to be a celebrity, took pills and drank alcohol while in his room. Brendon, who had blood on him, was reportedly roaming the hotel, wearing wet and torn clothes.

A few minutes after the discussion, Brendon went to the lobby to talk to the police officer himself and withdrew his initial claim that his wallet and phone had been stolen.

Brendon, along with the police went back up to his room, where the officer immediately found Brendon's wallet on his room's desk.

The officer stated that he saw Brendon with toothpaste smeared on his shirt and face and was wearing torn jeans. Not only were his trousers wet, according to the officer, but he was apparently so intoxicated that he even defecated on himself.

The officer also spotted a bottle of sleeping pills. On the prescription label, it reveals that it had been filled for 10 pills that day, but when the officer checked how many pills were left, there was only one.

Aside from his state that night, another factor that contributed to his arrest was that he allegedly damaged another room in the same hotel.

According to the manager of the hotel, Brendon used the celebrity card and tried to request for an upgrade because the actor said he was a television star. His request was granted and the officer went to check on that room to look for Brendon's missing possessions.

However, upon arriving, the officer saw the furniture destroyed, the phone pulled from the wall socket, a decorative piece shattered, the bed flipped off, and the floor in the bathroom covered in water.

According to the officer, the total cost of damages will range from $200 to $1000.

Soon after the damaged room was discovered, Brendon was arrested.

This is the second time this year that the actor has been arrested. His first arrest occurred on February, when he trashed his previous hotel room, which was coincidentally also in Florida. Not only was he charged with criminal mischief, but he was also charged with grand theft.

In October of last year, he also made headlines when he got arrested in Idaho. He later apologized and explained that his behavior was due to the combination of alcohol and his pain medication.
