Justin and Chris Brown Party Together; Club Might Lose License

Justin Bieber and Chris Brown were spotted partying together at a nightclub in West Hollywood, California. The said nightclub, Bootsy Bellows, is co-owned by actor David Arquette.

Bootsy Bellows allows people below 21 into the club with the condition that they only be served food. However, Bieber was photographed with a Heineken beer in his hand. This could mean that the nightclub may be fined and may lose its license if it is proven that Bieber was drinking and not just holding the bottle.

The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has been made aware of the photos, and even though Bootsy Bellows has had a good standing record so far, law enforcement confirmed that they will be increasing undercover operations inside the nightclub.

Bieber and Brown snapped photos with clubgoers and friends, including Brown's on-again, off-again girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. Bieber uploaded the shots on Instagram, with one photo captioned, "Back at it."

A few days before partying with Bieber, Brown and Tran made a scene after being allegedly refused entry to the ESPY party also held in West Hollywood.

Both Bieber and Brown are currently on probation after having run-ins with the law.

In early June, Brown was released from jail after serving time for violating the terms of his probation, which stemmed from the 2009 altercation with his former girlfriend, pop singer Rihanna. He will be back in court on September 8 to face a 2013 assault charge.

Bieber, on the other hand, was recently placed on two years' probation following a plea of no contest to misdemeanor vandalism charge. This came after the Canadian pop singer had thrown eggs at his neighbor's home in Calabasas, California. Aside from paying $80,900 in damages, Bieber was ordered to complete five days of community service and 12 weeks of anger management.

Bieber and Brown had collaborated on the pop hit, "Next 2 U".
