Jennifer has had a lot of experience honing her comedy chops in the hit comedy Horrible Bosses movies, which would make her a very good candidate to play Regina George's adult version.

Horrible Bosses director Sean Anders is reportedly on board to direct the movie, who is targeting a start date sometime in the summer. Mean Moms hopes to match the spirit of the teen comedy film, Mean Girls, but with an adult cast. Jill Messick is producing the movie, along with Adam Shankman and Jennifer Gibgot through their Offspring Entertainment.

Similar to Mean Girls, the movie is based on several advice books penned by Rosalind Wiseman. A mother moves to a high-class suburbs and suddenly finds herself in the middle of an extremely competitive world of parenting.

While Mean Girls was based on Queen Bees and Wannabes, this adult version will be based on Queen Bee Moms and King Pin Dads. Though it is still uncertain what character Jennifer will play, many are hoping that she'd play the feisty Regina, portrayed by Rachel McAdams in the teen version.

Anders was said to have written the most recent draft with his writing partner John Morris. Together, the pair wrote numerous scripts including plenty of Jennifer's movies such as We're The Millers and Horrible Bosses 2.

Anders, who directed the 2012 film starring Adam Sandler and Adam Samberg "That's My Boy", partnered with Morris to direct the upcoming comedy "Daddy's Home" which will star Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg.
