Sun Protection Tips For Summer Season

Your nose, top ears and mouth should be protected. Use a daily sunscreen protection with "broad-spectrum" against different UV rays and use at least 30 sun protection factor or SPF, according to South Lake Style.

For your eyes, extreme exposure on the eyes can cause sunburn and it can cause cataract and vision loss as you grow older. To avoid this from happening, wear shades and sunglasses that can block 99 to 100% of UVA and UVB rays. A large frame eyeglasses is recommended to protect the eyes sensitive skin.

For your back, never forget to put sunscreen when going to the beach of staying outside the house.  Avoid not wearing shirts because the back portion receives too much heat from the sun. If you noticed any changes of mole sizes and appearances at your back, consult your doctor immediately.
