Bill And Hillary Clinton Earned Over $25 Million Since January 2014

As the financial disclosure filing of the Clintons had been revealed, showing their earnings as paid speakers as well as their personal finances, the Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, were paid over $25 million for delivering speeches since January 2014.

According to The Washington Post, the Clintons filed income statements with the Federal Election Commission on Friday, revealing their financial incomes including the $25 million as they earned since the beginning of 2014. Moreover, Senator Marco Rubio of Florida, the Republican rival of Clinton, also filed statements on Friday.

The financial disclosure filing also revealed that the speeches in the first quarter of 2015, including that of 2014, Hillary earned over $11 million.

The speaking fees of Clinton garnered criticism as the news financial filings revealed that for every time the Clintons delivered speeches, they were paid of about $250,000; however, since Clinton is now a presidential candidate, paid speeches have been stopped.

According to Vanity Fair, the large speaking fees can be an earning for Bill Clinton. The report also added that for a day, the former President can earn about $500,000 just by speaking in a lecture  Univision lecture for $250,000 and another lecture in Apollo Management Holdings for $250,000.

In March, Hillary Clinton had delivered her speech to eBay and earned a hefty amount of $315,000, The Dallas Morning News reported. Trade group and technology firms, including the National Automobile Dealers Association, Advanced Medical Technology Association, Slesforce.com, Cisco and eBay are some of the firms and groups where Clinton had been delivered her paid speeches.
