Marvel president Kevin Feige and company visited the San Diego Comic Con armed with a new footage for "Ant-Man."

The filming for Marvel's newest potential blockbuster is about to kick off in Atlanta, so there's no actual footage from the film itself.

Feige, however, unveiled a test footage that features a voice over of Michael Douglas's character, scientist Hank Pym, trying to recruit Paul Rudd's character, Scott Lang.

"Superheroes, what a goddamn joke," Douglas's character, Hank Pym, said in the video.

The test footage treats the audience at the Hall H panel with a first look at an old-fashioned lab, complete with tubes and wires, among other things.

Then, the shot cuts to Lang wearing a suit and helmet while running from some mystery chasers. Pym coaches Lang on how to control his suit, telling him that he can talk to insects using his helmet unit.

Lang then tries to jump and then falls, until a swarm of ants picks him up in mid-air.

"Ant-Man" has previously tapped Edgar Wright to direct, but the two parties had a falling out over creative issues. Now, there are rumors that "Bring It On" director Peyton Reed is taking over the job, but Marvel continues to keep silent on the issue.

Joining Reed and Feige in the panel are the movie's cast, including Rudd, Douglas, Corey Stoll and Evangeline Lilly.

Lilly, who previously starred in the show "Lost," will play Pym's daughter, Hope Van Dyne, while Stoll, of the "House of Cards" fame, was revealed to be the film's villain, Darren Cross.

"Corey brings depth to every role he plays," Feige said in a statement. "As a major part of the Ant-Man ensemble, we all wanted an actor who could be both cunning and sympathetic, and help create a character as dynamic as Marvel's best antagonists."
