Yolanda Foster Shares Sweet Photo With Husband David As She Continues To Battle Lyme Disease

Yolanda Foster has been bravely battling Lyme disease for almost three years, and the one thing that is helping her get through her most difficult times is having her husband David Foster right by her side.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills reality star recently uploaded a sweet snap of her in David's arms on her Instagram account. The photo shows Yolanda resting her head on her husband's chest as he plants a kiss on her head.

The 51-year old interior designer captioned the image, "When Love is Real it finds its way," followed by the hashtags #throughthedarkestdays and #loyalty.

Since getting Lyme disease, Yolanda has made it her mission to chronicle her battle against it in hopes of raising awareness and effectively helping others.

Just last week, the TV personality shared a selfie showed the dozens of medications she needs to take every single day, and compared her battle against Lyme disease to a "full-time job."

Despite Yolanda's years-long battle with the disease, she remains hopeful of her recovery and had recently undergone a Stem Cell transplant to repair the cells which have been destroyed by the Lyme disease. Though the cells' neurological damage can be restored, the bacteria that's responsible for Lyme disease, unfortunately, cannot be eradicated.

Yolanda has kept her fans updated with her frequent posts as she seeks treatment in Germany, where she has been residing since last month.

Lyme disease has resulted in neurological impairment for Yolanda currently suffers from short-term memory and loss of words, as well as eyesight problems, cough, migraines, numbness, and chronic pain.

According to a post on her Bravo blog, she has tried traditional, as well as modern forms of treatment, and promised fans that it will be her life mission to find a treatment, as "nobody deserves to suffer this way in 2015."
