Bethesda, the company responsible for "Skyrim," is set to have a press conference during the much-awaited Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this June. The gaming firm has two flagship titles - "The Elder Scrolls" and "Fallout" - each with their own set of fans full of excitement over which games Bethesda will officially announce.

"Fallout" fans are looking forward to their favorite game's fourth installment while supporters of "The Elder Scrolls" are hoping for even the slightest hint of what could be the series' sixth installment. Unfortunately for many, while it may be Bethesda's first time on the E3 floor, the company does not plan on unmasking too much of what they are working on. In fact, some sources suggest that the firm whittled it down to one, which means it is either "Fallout 4" or "Elder Scrolls VI," but not both.

In a move that only served to rattle both sets of fans and keep them excited for E3, Bethesda released as little information about either titles as possible, keeping the suspense at a maximum and the expectations at a standstill.

As is the case with many of Bethesda's most prolific titles, news and rumors on "Fallout 4" began to surface as soon as "Fallout 3" officially went in stock in 2008. One thing Bethesda did for the franchise though, was to release an official "Fallout" merchandise for fans to enjoy. This is an accessory made of solid sterling silver with a blackened medallion.

Reportedly, the accessory is about an inch in diameter and its design is that of the "Brotherhood of Steel" from the game. Gamers can buy this for $110 and is available for pre-order in most official game merchandise distributors.

On the other side of the coin, fans of "Skyrim," the fifth game in the "Elder Scrolls" series, are concerned about the lack of news about the games' next installment. Ever since "Arena," the first game in the franchise, Bethesda has always revealed the sequel within just a few years after release.

However, with the release of "Elder Scrolls: Online," which was later renamed to "Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited," rumors surfaced that it might be a while again before Bethesda could craft another excellent ESO game. The game company has a reputation for using a new and better game engine with each succeeding game, so if "ESO: VI" sees release in the near future, it could be using a completely next-gen system, said reports.
