Josh or Nick: ‘Bachelorette’ Andi Dorfman Makes Her Choice in Season Finale

Big surprises were in store for reality hunks Josh Murray and Nick Viall on Monday, when "The Bachelorette" star Andi Dorfman would finally chose who her future husband will be.

And then the announcement.

After 10 long weeks, Dorfman chose Josh, a former professional baseball player who never misses the chance to show off his muscles or his feelings for the bachelorette. During the three-hour long season finale, fans saw Josh put an enormous ring on Andi's finger.

Then, it was time to meet the family. A nervous Nick met Andi's mother, who made sure that Nick and the show's audience know that Andi made her way through law school on her own. He then turned to Andi's father, Hy, to ask for his daughter's hand.

Before the last rose ceremony, Andi and Josh went on their final date, at least on camera. The newly-engaged pair boarded a yacht for a trip around the Dominican Republic. During the trip, Andi gave Josh a letter, while he handed her a personalized baseball card with her name written as "Andi Murray."

For Andi and Nick's final date, the two went off-roading in the Caribbean country. Nick tells Andi that he wanted to marry her, which the bachelorette answered with a smile. Later in the show, Andi stopped by Nick's hotel room, where she told him that she woke up feeling that something wasn't right, and she couldn't go through with it. A disheartened Nick gave Andi the saddest hug before bidding her goodbye.

"Sometimes I feel like you took it too far," Nick said.

Sources said the new couple spent the night together in a nice suite after the final episode. The $7,500 bill was footed by ABC, but the newly engaged pair headed back to the United States out of their own pockets.

During the much-needed vacation, Andi and Josh spent time getting to know each other away from the cameras. Insiders said the two cuddled and relaxed.

There are also reports that ABC is ready to pay for the wedding, if the couple pushes through with it.

It's not the first time ABC is footing the bill for a TV wedding. Last time, the network hosted the reality television wedding of Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudice.
