Hasselhoff Broken Back - David Hasselhoff, the actor most known for his role in the '90s American television show "Baywatch," has reportedly gotten a broken back following a dune buggy crash.

Hasselhoff was recently interviewed by the Daily Mail, and the 62-year-old said he broke his vertebra after jumping over a sand dune as he was riding a dune buggy. Apparently, the landing had been heavy, causing the actor to break his vertebra.

"So I'm flying through the air, it crashed down," Hasselhoff said in the new interview. "I broke a vertebra. It's broken right now."

Now the question remains if the re-emerging career of the actor will be experience difficulties following the recent injury.

The actor has begun working again as he appeared in the TV series "Newsreaders." He also became a judge for "America's Got Talent", as well as "Britian's Got Talent."

In July, he is set to appear in "Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!", according to The Inquisitr.

His upcoming project is the sitcom "Hoff the Record" which will feature a fictitious Hasselhoff. The show, set to debut sometime this year, was announced by the U.K. channel "Dave" in 2014, according to Newsmax.

Hasselhoff's broken back might appear as a serious injury, but it seems the actor was not hurt badly, if at all.

Hasselhoff's broken back appears no problem at all for the actor since he even jumped during his interview to explain how the dune buggy accident had taken placeStuff.co.nz reported.

When or when the dune buggy accident occurred remain unknown, as Hasselhoff did not mention them during the Daily Mail interview. There is also no word on whether there is need for a surgery to repair the broken back

However, he did say in the interview how he and girlfriend Hayley Roberts have been faring.

Unfortunately for Roberts, Hasselhoff doesn't see the relationship going for them in the future.
"To be honest, the reason I haven't got married yet is because I know it's not going to be a perfect relationship," he told the publication.

"We're not going to grow old together, let's face it," he added. "Sometimes I think I love her enough to say, 'Go and find a man of your age and have a life.'"

The couple started dating in 2011. Though Hasselhoff said they have split before, he quickly added that he considers her his best friend.
