New updates for the RPG crossover game "Project X Zone 2" have been revealed regarding its launch date in North America and a new gameplay trailer.

According to AnimeNewsNetwork, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe began streaming a new game trailer for "Project X Zone 2" for the Nintendo 3DS. The video will feature the full character cast within the game along with its new gameplay features.

As seen in the video, "Project X Zone 2 features another collaboration between three of Japan's powerful video game companies; Capcom, Bandai Namco and Sega.

It features several well known characters in video game history, representing each of their respected companies such as Ryu, Dante, Vergil, Felicia, and Chris Redfield from Capcom. Akira Yuki, Kage Maru, Sakura Shinguji, Axel Stone from Sega and Jin Kazama, Kazuya Mishimia, Valkyrie, Kite and Haseo for Bandai Namco.

Each of these characters will team-up in an RPG style turn-based game as they showcase several of there moves to fight interdementional monsters.

The game will feature a robust, layered combo system and easy controls that allows players to create there own chanin combos to fight monsters. Cross Hit attacks are used use each character's signature or finishing maneuver for instant kill with the enmy. Finally the Dynamic Cross Active Battles enables charactes to parry enemy attacks, delay Cross Hit attacks, perform Cross Break and Mirage abilities and many more 

Aside from the gameplay trailer, Gematsu reported that the release date date for "Project X Zone 2" will be launched in Japan on Nov. 12, 2015; however, there are reportes that the U.S. and European release of the game has been delayed.

According to reports from VG 24/7, the U.S. and European launch date of "Project X Zone 2" has been changed to a 2016 release for the Nintendo 3DS.

Gematsu further adds that a 9,980 yen "Original Game Sound" limited edition will available for those who ordered in Japan.

It includes the game's original sound edition, the "Adventure of Valkyrie:Legend of the Key of Time" with the Xiamou download code and the Namco X Capcom 10th Anniversary Resource three-sided package and special 3DS theme.

"Project X Zone 2" will be available on November 12 in Japan and in 2016 in the U.S. and Europe for the Nintendo 3DS.
