Ben Affleck cheating reports recently came out following a divorce announcement from Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner on June 30. While the split sounded amicable, according to insiders, Ben's alcohol, gambling, and infidelities involving attractive women have weighed heavily on Garner.

Ben Affleck cheating was reportedly the main reason for the couple's divorce after 10 years of marriage. Affleck, 42, had even "admitted to" cheating with an attractive love interest, reported Us Magazine.

In recent years it was reported that Garner, 43, had put her career on hold for her family. During that time Affleck was reportedly hopping from project to project working and sometimes hooking up with beautiful women.

According to one source, Jennifer revealed Ben Affleck cheating with one "comely brunette love interest" who had been Ben's younger co-star. After Ben confessed to the affair, Garner reportedly moved cross-country with her kids to keep an eye on Ben.

An insider also told Us Weekly that sometimes, after Ben Affleck cheating and confessing them to Garner, he would beg for forgiveness, to which the actress would respond to by trying to resolve the issue.

But Jennifer Garner's trust was broken and on Wednesday People reported that Ben Affleck cheating was a main factor to Garner's decision of divorcing Ben. Other insiders say that during the pair's decade-long union, there had been plenty of mistrust.

"She tried to leave him a few times, but he would beg her to stay," according to a source.

While a source told Us Weekly that the couple didn't split right away, Garner, clearly devastated, kicked Ben out of their $17.5 million home in Los Angeles. However, she "eventually decided to forgive him."

"She always fought against the urge to throw her hands up in the air and walk away," added the insider. "They've been on the brink of splitting up many times before, but it's Jennifer's worst nightmare for their children. Her biggest desire has always been to keep the family together."

In addition to Ben Affleck cheating, sources suggest Affleck's drinking and gambling had been problems that Garner endured when they spiraled out of control.

Affleck had gotten out of rehab for alcohol dependency in 2001, but while filming "Gone Girl," the actor reportedly got too much into his character, Nick, who needed to be "puffy and hungover." In 2014, things became even more difficult for Garner when she was embarrassed after having to drag an intoxicated Affleck home from an Oscars party, according to The Daily Mail.

Also, according to a Garner source, Ben "had a habit of going missing in Vegas for days at a time."

Despite the couple trying to salvage the marriage with years of couples' therapy and a 10-month trial separation, according to The Inquisitr, it appears the former "Alias" star had enough. Over the weekend, Affleck was spotted in Los Angeles without his wedding ring, but Jennifer is still wearing hers.

"This is just as hard on him and difficult for him. Any divorce is tough on everyone. He is leaning on his mom and close friends," said a source.

In Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's divorce announcement, the couple said their focus is on their kids and how to make the process easy for them. According to TMZ, Affleck and Garner are using a mediator as well as business managers and are planning to share custody of their children.
