Debunking myths of what women can't have at 51, supermodel Elle Macpherson flaunted her bikini body Saturday while yachting with her billionaire husband in the waters of Monaco. Her bikini body looked fabulous and seems to rival that of 20-year-olds.

Nicknamed "The Body" by Time Magazine in 1989, Elle Macpherson's bikini body shows she is still worth of the title, which she was named following a host of appearances in Sports Illustrated's annual swimsuit issue, according to The Daily Mail.

Recently, Macpherson shared how she had no difficulties maintaining her flawless figure.

This month, as guest editor of The Chalkboard Mag, Elle said, "As a young model I was seen as athletic and strong."

"But it was not until much later that I realized the importance of wellness and how proper nutrition can have a profound effect on how you look and feel," she added.

Elle Macpherson's bikini body is, according to the mother of two, credited to her alkaline diet.

"It's well known that eating more plants can help keep our bodies alkaline, but I know how difficult it can be to live a strict alkaline diet, and honestly, I don't believe in extremes," she said. "I want to live my life and not worry, so I take an alkalizing greens supplement every day."

"I noticed changes in just two weeks: I had more vitality, my skin wasn't dry, I stopped craving sugar, my mood stabilized, everything became more balanced. A welcome by-product was losing weight around my middle," revealed the 51-year-old.

Elle Macpherson's bikini body diet reportedly calls for an "80/20 ratio of alkaline to acid foods."

Macpherson also revealed supplements that she takes called the Super Elixir, reported Vogue.

"It's really simple: eat vegetables, fruits and lean protein, a little bit of dark chocolate - if that's what you like - and lots of water. Nothing too extreme; it's all about balance and trying a little bit every day," she shared. "I always eat three meals a day and two snacks, and some of my favourite foods at the moment are: spinach, beetroot, goats' cheese, pearl barley, kale, quinoa, pine nuts, halloumi cheese and I do eat fish but no red meat or chicken."

As for exercise, Elle Macpherson's bikini body is not complete without it. She said that her workouts take up 45 minutes daily.

"Every morning, I do 45 minutes of exercise or body work or stretching - or I might do a business call while walking briskly around the park," she said. "That's 'me time' to focus on my wellbeing and if you don't slot it in, it often doesn't get done."

It is not the first time the model flaunted her ripped figure in Europe.

Last week, her bikini body was also spotted off the coast of Italy's Capri. At the time, she had been wearing a skimpy burgundy bikini, showing off her amazing figure.

During the rest of her stay there, she also donned chic holiday cover-ups while out of the water, reported The Daily Mail.

Elle and her billionaire husband Jeffrey Soffer married after they eloped in 2013, reported People.

"Jeff and Elle eloped [because] they wanted to keep it a secret," according to a source. "They are very happy and head over heels in love."

Elle was first married to photographer Gilles Bensimon in 1986, according to The Inquisitr.

She has two children, Arpad, 17, and Aurelius, 12, with financier Arpad Busson, whom she separated from in 2005.
