Jules Bianchi has died nine months after his accident at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix. It has been reported that Formula One (F1) will hold a minute of silence for Bianchi ahead of Sunday's Pirelli Hungarian Grand Prix.

The Telegraph reported that F1's minute of silence tribute to the 25-year-old Marussia driver will take place at Budapest before the main race event. The F1 drivers will come together in front of the grid to pay tribute to their colleague.

Bianchi's family has earlier revealed via Twitter that the funeral of the Marussia driver will take place at the Sainte Réparate Cathedral on July 21. According to The Telegraph, Bianchi's F1 manager will attend the memorial service. His bosses at Marussia as well as FIA President Jean Todt are also expected to be in attendance.

Bianchi debuted in F1 for the Marussia outfit in 2013. Bianchi achieved the best result for the team with his 13th-place finish at the Malaysian Grand Prix. It was also the Frenchman's best result in all the 19 races he participated in the same year.

The following year, Bianchi achieved his career-high F1 result during the 2014 Monaco Grand Prix.  He managed to score points with his ninth-place finish edging Scuderia Toro Rosso's Jean Eric-Vergne. His last race was the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix where he got involved in a high-speed accident when his Marussia crashed into a tractor. Bianchi was the first race car driver to die from the injuries he sustained at an accident in a Grand Prix event after Ayrton Senna in 1994.

In other news, Bianchi's former teammate Max Chilton has paid tribute by dedicating his maiden Indy Lights victory to the Frenchman. He and Bianchi used to race for Marussia in 2013.

"It's been a difficult nine months, to be honest with you," Chilton was quoted saying via The Guardian.

Chilton revealed that Bianchi had taught him many things and what he learned from Bianchi had helped him triumph at the Indy Lights racing series. He said that he was always thinking about Bianchi every five or 10 laps. Chilton reportedly learned about Bianchi's death at the eve of his race.
