According to VG 24/7, Square Enix has confirmed that they will reveal new details in the development of "Final Fantasy XV" at Gamescom 2015 this coming August 2015.

GearNuke further adds that Square Enix will showcase a new stage demo for "Final Fantasy XV" as well as another gameplay video from its "Epsiode Duscae 2.0" demo, PushSquare notes.

Gamerant reported that Square Enix has enlisted full details of their scheduled appearances in Gamescom 2015, from August 5 Wednesday from around 9:30am to 6pm, August 6 Thursday at 9:30am to 4:30pm, August 7 Wednesday 9:30am to 7pm, August 8 from 9:30am to 6pm and on August 8 from 9:30am to 2:30pm. Note that the timeline is set on German local time.

Square Enix will have a daily Q&A sessions for each day pertaining to "Final Fantasy XV," along with a live Active Report that features new gameplay within latest installment starting August 5, Gematsu reported.

The website further adds that Sqaure Enix will also host the "Let's Play" stage shows featuring Twitch and YouTube personalities, and gamers will have an opportunity to play the "FFXV" demo at the company's booth during the event.

Gamers can view the Gamecon 2015 event for "FFXV" on Twitch livestream as the kickoff will start at 6pm CET/5pm UK/12pm ET/9am PT.

Aside from the Gamecom 2015 presentation, GearNuke previously claimed that Square EniX CEO Yosuke Matsuda stated that a global release for "Final Fantasy XV" very soon in upcoming issue of Famitsu.


Attack of The Fanboy further adds that "Final Fantasy XV" might launch on the Spring of 2016 in PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. All signs are leading up to the Gamescom 2015 event and Square Enix will likely keep their promise to the gaming fans who are eagerly anticipating for new details about latest installment.

Phil Rogers, CEO of both U.S. and European branches of Square Enix, stated that "Final Fantasy XV" director Hajime Tabata has understood the importance of the game not just for gamers in the east, but also western gamers as well, PlayStationLifeStyle reported.

Tabata cited that in order for them to embrace "Final Fantasy XV," they will have to rely on the feedback that the gaming fans gave when they played the "Episode Duscae" demo or its updates 2.0 version of it.

It was previously reported that Square Enix will likely add "FFXV" to the PC platform soon, right after the console versions are out in the market.
