Taylor Swift Nude Photos: Singer Outraged; Breast, Butt Photos Demanded in Lawsuit; Why Is Taylor Being Sued?

The request for nude photos of Taylor Swift came from clothing brand Lucky 13 over a bitter copyright lawsuit, and the singer said their demand is "harassment." Lawyers of the California-based company reportedly want the pop star to provide photographic and video evidence showing her cleavage and butt, all for legal reasons.

Robert Kloetzly is the owner of Lucky 13, and the lawsuit is for copyright infringement. Kloetzly wants nude photos of Taylor, or at least photos of her "breasts and buttocks partially visible," according to the court papers.

So what is the reason for the lawsuit?

The singer allegedly sold T-shirts and greeting cards featuring the Lucky 13 on a shamrock. The favorite number of the 25-year-old pop star is 13 since she was born on December 13, according to The Inquisitr.

Kloetzly said she copied his alternative brand, which he launched in 1991. Because of this, he is accusing Taylor of "confusing" his consumers, claiming that the singer is going after his brand's same demographic.

"One of their positions is that the demographics are very different and that the edgy-looking image and the models we use for the Lucky 13 brand are not congruent with Miss Swift's image," said Kloeztly's lawyer, Gary Rinkerman.

"Unfortunately we're being forced to counter that by showing that in her public appearances she is transitioning towards a more adult, alternative demographic," he added.

Rinkerman also said that Swift has been known to be very protective of her brands. The singer has trademarked "This Sick Beat" and several other catchy phrases from her "1989" album. Rinkerman has therefore become skeptical of Swift's under-oath statements, saying she knew nothing about the creation of her skirts, reported Page Six.

Lucky 13 owner Robert Kloetzly wants nude photos of Taylor or photos and videos of Taylor "wearing lingerie or attire procured from an adult or sex shop" since the "Bad Blood" singer has reportedly purchased apparel at a sex shop for the "Bad Blood" music video.

But acording to Taylor's camp, Robert's lawyers are "harassing" her with the legal requests for nude photos and other "irrelevant material."

While Rinkerman has released those statements, he did not responded to the media when asked about his client's request. However, he did tell the Daily Mail that her camp's harassment accusations are "typical legal rhetoric" that lawyers use to avoid material that could damage their case.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that news of Taylor Swift's nude photos have surfaced. Earlier this year, Swift's Instagram and Twitter accounts have been hacked, with the hackers threatening to release the Taylor Swift nudes if fans are unable to pay three bitcoins, equiavalent to $800.

Swift was fortunately able to reclaim her accounts and revealed that there were no nude photos hacked.

In 2011, the website Celeb Jihad also claimed to have a Taylor Swift nude photo showing a topless photo of a young girl who looked like the pop star. However, a TMZ report stated the website only contained "false pornographic images and false news" about the "Shake It Off" singer.

The Lucky 13 case is yet again another blow to the "little miss perfect" image of the pop star, who has recently been in some disputes with big names in the music industry, of which include Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry, according to The Daily Mail.

Swift and her reps have not yet commented on the lawsuit, but her lawyers said she will not be appearing at the trial, which is scheduled for November.
