The "Breaking Bad" home is reportedly for sale, allowing fans of the show to live like Jesse Pinkman, minus the meth lab of course.

"Meth lab not included," read a part of the press release from Coldwell Banker, which was first issued exclusively to TODAY.com.

Associate brokers for Coldwell Banker, Susan C. Feil and daughter Alicia Feil Peterson, revealed that the "Breaking Bad" home, a two-story Spanish Colonial revival house, has gone up for sale on Tuesday. It is being sold for $1.6 million.

"The owners contacted us because we have a reputation for doing real estate in Albuquerque and marking unique properties," said Alicia. "They thought that this was definitely going to be a unique opportunity that would appeal to a variety of buyers, not just in our market, but globally."

Susan Feil said the response to the "Breaking Bad" home for sale has so far been overwhelming, reported BizJournals.

"It's been insane," she said. "We've had a couple of inquiries and even a call from London."

The 3,500-square-foot house, built by Leon Watson, a noted developer in the tony Albuquerque Country Club neighborhood, has four bedrooms, windows, chimneys, fireplaces, two porches and original wood floors and stone-framed doors. It also boasts a refurbished kitchen as well as an up-to-date plumbing, electrical, cooling and heating, according to The Daily Mail.

The "Breaking Bad" home is believed to be the first residential property from the show to have gone on the market since the series ended on September 29, 2013. The home has been a major player in the series as it had been a source of tension since the start. While the home's exterior has been highlighted throughout the series, its interior have been used for shoots before the production team decided to build a replica for parties and other intense scenes.

Apparently, the intensity is far from the real aura of that part of Albuquerque.

"It's a really quiet neighborhood," said Alicia.

According to Feil, the "Breaking Bad" home was previously occupied by a family with young children. They reportedly initially moved into the house due to the neighborhood, but they have since dealt with the show's tours stopping by and people taking photos of the iconic home.

"Breaking Bad" is the story of a mild-mannered high school teacher named Walter White played by Bryan Cranston. He has been diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer and decided to make his own METH and them to provide a comfortable life for his family after his death. The filming location of the show was set in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It had a successful run of five seasons before wrapping up in November 2013.
