Hines told IGN during Gamescom 2015 last week that Bethesda will be working on different varieties of new content in "Fallout 4" that will allow players and their characters to improve in any aspect form within whether it is weapons, gears or even character stats.

The website speculated that "Fallout 4" will have atleast 270 upgrades being made and its starts out with the player's ability to choose different abilities at the start of the game. From there leveling up is much more complex as their character progresses, but it will allow them to have an advantage of making the "right" choices to maximize their strengths and its perks, Interntaional Business Times noted.

Tech Times further adds that if players chose to maximize their strengths in the game by 10 points, they can already unlock one of the many perks available in "Fallout 4" giving an early advantage from the start.

Bethesda confirmed that there is no level gap in "Fallout 4" as players will enjoy customizing and leveling up their created character without any sort of limit at all.

The previous titles like "Fallout 3" and "Fallout: New Vegas" have level gaps of 20 and 30 and after they have reached that certain level, EXP have been rendere uselss. Luckily, Bethesda has listen to the gaming fans feedbacks and took it to a whole level during its development game development, Tech Advisor reports.

Lastly, Vine Report speculated that "Fallout 4" will have an open-ended scenario in which more gameplay scenarios will be added after they finished the main storyine.

Previous reports hinted that "Fallout 4" will introduce several new features like gear repair system, new companions, character and weapon customizations, crafting system and many more. Bethesda also claimed that PC mods will also be present in the game after its initial launch this year.

"Fallout 4" will be release on November 10, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and for the PC.
