Ben Affleck's ex-nanny has been spotted sporting a brand new Lexus and critics are not wasting time talking about it. A source says Affleck and the 28-year-old nanny Christine Ouzounian is in touch "all day long."

The same source told People that Ouzounian and the actor have never lost communication ever since, the source who happens to be the ex-nanny's friend also added that she is merely, "living her life."

Another source told E! News a similar observation saying she seemed to be enjoying her friends at a restaurant having drinks and a salad. In between chit-chats, the source said, she would pause and take a selfie.

The ex-nanny was seen driving along the L.A. streets over the week in the convertible and lunching out with her girl friends. Now, people are speculating that the actor must have brought her the fancy car in the same way that rumors say he's been funding Ouzounian's luxurious hotel getaways over the past week.

But Affleck's friend was adamant is saying, "He did not buy her the car," People reported.

Just last Tuesday, Ouzounian was the topic of rumors after a photo surfaced of her in a private jet allegedly with Affleck modeling the Super Bowl rings of footballer Tom Brady.

After Jennifer Garner allegedly fired their out of control nanny, the family has hired two new ones to look after the ex-couple's three children and the nannies seen with the kids shopping over the week were older ones, Daily News confirmed.

Despite their official announcement of a divorce Garner and Affleck were seen the past week strolling around Atlanta with their children Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, as Garner took some time off shooting her new film "Miracles from Heaven," the report noted.

The same report said that the "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" star continues to deny any romantic relationship between him and their ex-nanny.
