There are strong rumors that Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Release Date may be on October 4.

The tablet-laptop hybrid device from Microsoft is one of the most highly anticipated device to be released this year. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is expected to come power packed with a lot of high end features and a mind blowing battery life. It is expected to release in the month of October this year, according to The MNR Daily.

It is rumored that the device will compete head on with Apple iPad 4, as both the devices will be released around the same time.

After the huge success of Microsoft Surface Pro 3, Microsoft left no stone unturned in making another brilliant device like the Microsoft Surface Pro 4. The device is expected to sport a lot of improvements and new features when compared with Surface Pro 3, The Tech Radar reported.

It is expected to run on either an i5 or an i7 Intel processor and be equipped with an internal storage of either 64 GB or 256 GB. It will also be equipped with an Intel Core M Broadwell CPU. It is said that it will be a really thin device, equipped with excellent ventilation, to fan out all the excessive heat out of the device.

The device is also rumored to sport a battery life of straight 17 hours, making it one of the best devices in this series so far.

The device is further rumored to come in two variants, a 12-inch one and a 14-inch one. Both will sport a screen resolution of 2160 x 1440. The stylu,s which will come with the device, will be a more pressure sensitive model, making it eligible for an enhanced hand writing capability.

The graphics are said to come with a huge upgrade as well, along with Windows 10 as its out of the box operating system.

It is also expected to come packed with 16 GB RAM so as to appeal to the business users and for them to not feel any lack of power while working on this "laplet."
