Washington Wizards point guard John Wall feels he may fall short of qualifying for United States team to the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Wall noted that Chris Paul, Stephen Curry, Kyrie Irving and Russell Westbrook will all be nominated ahead of  him, making the lineup too crowded at point guard for his inclusion.

Team USA  usually taps only three players or less to do point guard chores in international competitions.

According to ESPN, Wall  feels that Clippers' Paul, Warriors' Curry and Cavs' Irving will be chosen as point guards, as they have international experience on their side. Paul had won the Olympic gold medal while and Curry and Irving had won the World Cup.

Meanwhile, he sees the explosive Thunder point guard Westbrook qualifying as a 2-guard.

Wall described that the four will be on the team "10 times out of 10" and that he's just being honest when he said that he's "out of the picture."

Then there are also fellow point guards Mike Conley and Michael Carter-Williams to contend with, as both joined Team USA's minicamp last week.

While it's a tough pill to swallow for Wall, he added that he's used to being overlooked.

He also intends to pour his energy into making the Washington Wizards a better team.

Nonetheless, Wall enjoyed the experience at the minicamp and said that USA Basketball team manager and coach Mike Krzyzewski were great people.

As a consolation, Wall also got his wish from Adidas for a second signature sneaker that looks bold off
the court while integrating a lot of his personal style, Sports Illustrated reported.

The Wizards star said that while the new J Wall 2 has loud colors and bold designs, it is made to help him
play the game.
