“Dance Moms” may have been renewed for season 6, but it is still yet to be confirmed if all the cast members are returning in the latest installment of the Lifetime series. Maddie Ziegler, along with ALDC coach Abby Lee Miller, is reportedly having second thoughts of starring in another season.

In an interview with AfterBuzzTV, executive producer Jeff Collins revealed that the shooting for "Dance Moms" season 6 is about to start anytime soon. Although Collins has yet to reveal the official lineup, he hinted that fans could expect an even "bigger" season. It was said that the show would have more than 32 episodes this time around.

Collins previously shared that they were holding out auditions for those who want to be a part of the Lifetime series. According to Mystic Art Pictures, the series is looking for talented dancers ages 6-12 years old.

The showrunner said that they are on the look out for fresh faces to join "Dance Moms" season 6 given that most of the dancers are starting to venture out into other projects. He added that with some of the girls entering their teenage years, it would not come as a surprise if they decided to leave the show.

"Obviously, you guys are aware that Maddie [Ziegler] is becoming a big star. So, that's our job is to be constantly looking."

Meanwhile, Kira Girad and Kalani Hilliker have both confirmed that they will be returning next season. Girard may have been busy preparing for her upcoming wedding with longtime boyfriend David Newman, but she is determined to balance her schedule.

Girad also recently revealed that she is pregnant with his first baby with Newman. According to International Business Times, the reality star decided to keep her pregnancy secret. She pointed out that she and her fiancé had made a promise not to tell anyone about their little bundle of joy until her first trimester.
