Kim Kardashian made a young girl's wish come true. Together with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Kardashian visited a young girl with a life-threatening condition to grant her ultimate dream of seeing the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star.

To make it more special, Kardashian brought her 5-year-old nephew Mason Disick son of sister Khloe, Yahoo! Reported.

The special visit landed on Kardashian's Instagram where she posted a photo of herself wirth patient Annisa. She wrote, "Mason & I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa! "Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!"

Make-A-Wish also posted a shout out to the star, "Thank you, @kimkardashian, for being an awesome wish granter!"

It was a full day for the tandem as Mason was spotted shopping at "Toys R Us" with his babysitter for that day the pregnant Kardashian who sported a maxi dress baring her baby bump, E! News reported.

It seems like the Kardashian kids are into mermaids as Kim was seen pushing a cart filled with mermaid toys perhaps for two-year-old daughter North West and her cousin three-year-old Penelope Disick. Both were recently photographed poolside in their mermaid costumes, the report noted.

But her day wasn't over yet, as Kim and her siblings Kourtney and Kendall headed to the FYF Fest to support her husband Kanye West later in the day.

It was a last minute confirmation for West to show up on the event, and surprisingly during his performance he passed the mic on to Rihanna who gamely hopped on stage for a joint performance, another E! News report revealed.

Kim who is due to give birth in December is pregnant with her and West's second baby... a boy.

Kim could be considered one of the most popular personalities in Hollywood today and this may be proven by her social media influence. She has over 43.5 million Instagram followers and more than 34.5 million Twitter followers.
