You no longer have to keep on guessing what Taylor Swift's cryptic social media posts meant.

The 24-year old singer just revealed on Monday that she is set to host a livestream event via Yahoo! on August 18 at 5 pm. The event will take place in New York City.

In 2010, Swift also hosted a livestream event to promote her third album "Speak Now".

Fans are hoping that the singer will be sharing new music during the session, especially since she sang three new tracks during her previous livestream event.

The announcement was made via an uploaded photo on Twitter which included a link to a countdown clock on Swift's website. "Did you guess right? #TaylorSwiftYahoo7Days," she wrote.

Swift has 42.5 million followers on Twitter.

The said tweet comes after Swift dropped three clues during the first week of August.

The first clue was a short clip uploaded on Instagram last August 4. In the said video, Swift is seen pushing the "18" button of an elevator.

In August 6, she posted a picture of a polaroid camera and a clock which was set at 5:00.

The last Tweet, posted on August 7, was a screen capture of the Yahoo! logo.

Fans who are in the New York City area can win a chance to attend the livestream event and meet Swift in person.

Recently, Swift has been busy promoting her new film "The Giver". Meryl Streep, Jeff Bridges, Katie Holmes and Alexander Skarsgard also star in the sci-fi flick.

Not only are great things happening in Swift's career, things seem to be going well for her on the personal front too.

Recently, the "Love Story" singer reconnected with best friend, singer Selena Gomez, after the two had a falling out due to Swift's disapproval of Justin Bieber, Gomez's former boyfriend.

After Gomez and Bieber broke up, Swift initiated contact with her old friend and the two have rekindled their friendship since then.
