After the recent announcement of Zangief, another Street Fighter V character has been revealed. Laura seems to adopt the Brazilian fighter styles same as those of Blanka's electricity powers.

Though the said leak of the new female fighter character, Laura, is deemed to only happen technically, the creator Capcom is not pleased about it. She appears to be a Brazillian descent and fights in Capoeira style. The new character seems to have gained her abilities to his fellow Brazillian Street Fighter character Blanka but in the better process in the looks department. Her green dress and moves apparently reminiscent of Eddie from Tekken, but only time will tell how Street Fighter V differentiates the two.

According to Metro, Laura's reveal though is just considered to be a technical leak via Famitsu magazine in Japan way before Capcom apparently wanted the news to be unveiled. Producer of the game Yoshinori Ono is not really pleased about such leak. Supposedly, the new character is intended to be revealed at the Brazillian game event next weekend.

Capsulecomputers reports that there is no official detail about the character yet, unless Capcom chooses to reveal her true identity. However, it does confirm that Laura is the third of the promised four new characters in the game, after Necalli and Rashid.

Street Fighter V fans eagerly wanted to know if she is Blanka's sister. Street Fighter V expectedly sets to unveil 16 playable characters at the launch. And after Zangief was confirmed yesterday, there are now only two characters that everyone does not know about: one new and one returning.

Although fans can probably make a good guess of who the existing character is, these are the ones that have already been announced: Birdie, Cammy, Chun-Li, Karin, Ken, M. Bison, Nash, R. Mika, Ryu, Vega, and Zangief.

Street Fighter V is due to be released next spring on PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows platform.
