Kitten-eared pop singer Ariana Grande kept cool and ducked after a cellphone came flying like a rocket towards her in Burbank, California, this past Friday. The 22-year-old singer was on the Honda Stage at the iHeartRadio Theater performing her new single "Focus" when the incident occured.

Wearing her own rendition of Jack Skellington from 'The Nightmare Before Christmas', Grande had sat down for a question and answer session when a smartphone came flying from the audience towards her. She moved almost reflexively and the phone missed her before landing on the stage.

"Did someone throw a phone at me?" she asked. "Did someone just throw a phone on stage? That's so dangerous. What if your screen cracked?"

When the smartphone was found, the "Problem" singer picked it up and returned it to the owner. "Whose is this? Is this yours?" she said. "Be careful. Take your phone back."

Meanwhile, the 'Scream Queens' star has revealed that the uncredited voice behind the "focus on me" line on her new single is Jamie Foxx.

Upon releasing the song, the young star took her official Twitter account to express her feelings. "I really feel like I just gave birth..... #FOCUS is finally here!" she posted.

"Focus" (previously called "Focus on me") is the first single of Grande's upcoming third album Moonlight. An hour after launching, it ranked number 3 on the US iTunes Chart and stepped up to number 2 after 12 hours.
