Barely two weeks after filing for divorce, actors Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry were spotted and photographed driving together on Saturday. The two were married for two years before deciding to split.

While the Oscar-winning actress has had her fair share of tumultuous breakups, her split with Martinez seems to be at least amicable as the two took Berry's 7-year old daughter Nahla to a party in Woodland Hills, California. Martinez was still wearing his wedding ring.

Aside from Berry's daughter by former partner, model Gabriel Aubrey, she has a 2-year old son with Martinez named Maceo.

For the sake of both Nahla and Maceo, Berry and Martinez decided to remain on good terms despite the divorce.

"(Martinez is) very happy that he and Halle are able to keep a good relationship. They want to make the divorce as painless as possible for the kids," a source said.

The two stars both filed competing divorce papers last month, which a lot of people took as a sign that proceedings might turn nasty. However, an insider said that their time together on Saturday was proof that there are no contentions between the former lovers.

"They acted friendly and seemed okay.  They keep spending family time together and seem to get along," the source shared.

As for the 49-year old actress, she told Extra during a domestic violence-prevention event that she is doing okay, and that the best remedy for a tough situation is to step out of oneself and focus on helping other people in need.
