A Secret Service Agent has arrested and charged in a child predator operation for allegedly sending lewd photos to a police officer who posed as a teenage girl and propositioning her for sex.

The said officer Lee Robert Moore,37, of Church Hill, Maryland, has been charged with sending obscene material to a minor.

According to The Daily Beast, he turned himself into the State Police on Monday after he was busted for sending obscene photos to a cop who was an undercover just steps away from the Oval Office.

Lee had sent pictures of his erect penis to an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old girl, court documents said. According to police, Moore admitted that some of the communications happened while he was on-duty. In a chat session, Lee is quoted having said that work sucks today and informed the undercover officer that he was sitting at box office style booth checking for ID's entrance, NBC News reported.

According to the criminal complaint, Moore admitted taking a photo showing exposed, erect penis and sending it to the cop thinking he was a girl. Moore also allegedly admitted that he used a hookup app called Meet24 to chat with people he thought were teenage girls.

He was busted on the app Meet24 by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force which matches users based on their device's GPS. Moore contacted an undercover agent in August, who described himself as a 14-year-old girl who lived with her mom and was still in school, NY Daily News reported.

He asked to meet the "teen girl" in one of the parks near the Dover Air Force Base and according to court papers. He asked for her to wear a skirt.

Moore allegedly told the undercover he wanted to make her have several orgasms in their conversations over the Kik messaging app.

Moore is currently in state custody in Delaware where he is being held and a court date is expected next week but hasn't been set.

One of his texts read, "What would make you more nervous: Having sex with me or riding on a motorcycle with me?". Another one reads, "I would take immense pleasure in pulling those shorts off your hips and down your cute little legs."

Police say Moore also instructed the teenage on how to masturbate. "I'm imagining you on your knees in front of me with your hand around it, staring at it, and looking up at me, and then putting it in your mouth," he wrote before asking for a picture of the girl nude from the waist down.

Moore is married and has at least one child, according to public records and social media.
