American model and TV personality Kim Kardashian plans to undergo surgery after giving birth to ger second child.

35-year-old Kim is due to give birth in December and will have a full make-over by undergoing plastic surgery, a source told radaronline.com. The model has reportedly been discussing the matter with her doctors.

"Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them... (And) talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll," the source said. "She wants to get her b***s done, a tummy tuck and liposuction."

However, the surgery won't be done as soon as she delivers her second baby. The source stated the reason why Kim wants to undergo surgery, saying that the model has always been obsessed with her body and wants to get back in shape right away.

"She's not planning on getting the work done the same day she gives birth because her pregnancy has been dicey as it is," the source said. "Kim wants to get the surgeries done because she has always been obsessed with her body and wants to get back in shape quickly. Her body - that is her business. Her body and her appearance are the driving vehicles behind her livelihood, so she has to get back into shape," the source added.

Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her second baby with husband Kanye West. Their first daughter North West was born in June 2013.
