Game co-creator Ed Boon has teased fans with tweets of dark silhouettes of the characters who will be a part of the upcoming DLC for "Mortal Konbat X". The characters will be officially unveiled at the Game Awards 2015 show, states Gematsu.

Ed Boon recently took to Twitter to tease about the upcoming game awards. He said that he is going to attend the event in person, which is pretty rare for him to do.

The reason why he will be there is that game developer Nether Realms Studios is planning to reveal a few details about the characters who will be a part of the upcoming DLC of "Mortal Kombat X". The tweet started with the phrase "Who's Next?". One thing is for certain, at least four new characters are set to be introduced to the game play. The list might increase after that.

The Game Awards 2015 will start at 9 p.m. Europe Time on Thursday, December 3rd. It will be held in Los Angeles, at the Microsoft Theatre. In addition to revealing intricate details about 'Mortal Kombat X" DLC Pack 2, this show will also shed details about other games like "Far Cry Primal" and "Quantum Break."

In addition to this, there will also be an announcement about "Oculus" from the CEO Palmer Luckey.

"Mortal Kombat X" DLC Pack 2 will be released for Play Station 4, Xbox One, and PC consoles.
