Twitter Website now Supports All the Latest Emoji’s

(Photo : Getty Images) Twitter built a website called Emojipedia.org which is intended for the entire page of Twitter's newly-introduced Twemojis to view in one place for user’s convenience.

Twitter has announced that their service now supports all the new variations of 'Emojis'. There are assorted Twitter emojis which varies depending on the platform being used - i.e. Android or Windows Phone.

On Wednesday, Twitter.com and TweetDeck introduced a host of new emojis called 'Twemojis' into their timelines across the social media network. The company's update comes six weeks after Apple released te iOS 9.1 to the public, making the latest emoji set mainstream.

Twitter users will be able to view the latest emoji characters on their website when they are browsing on their timeline on the web. The users will also can use and see emojis in Twitter's mobile web apps if they will choose to avoid dedicated Twitter clients.

Twitter's new Twemojis are broken down into categories starting from Modifiers to Families, Unicode 7 (hand signals), Unicode 8 (favorite foods) and even an anti-bullying group.

The Modifiers is composed of different art works that will allow the users to select emojis based on occupation, skin tone, and in some cases even religious preferences. Many have red hair by default. The additional Family emojis also includes a diverse assortment of portrayal to modern-day households, which includes same-sex couples with children and a number of different members.

While the Unicode 7 and 8 emojis is composes from hand signals such as the Vulcan "live long and prosper" salute and the middle fingers to favorite foods like hot dogs and tacos at user's fingertips. There are also an additional 256 emoji country flags found in the Unicode.

Anti-bullying emojis can also be found in Twemojis, which pop up on users screen when typing the hashtag #IAmAWitness.

However, users can only use the new Twitter emoji characters if they using an iPhone or iPad running iOS 9.1 or iOS 9.2, or a Google device running with the company's very latest Android operating system.
