The Philadelphia Eagles won 23-20.

Buffalo Bills star running back LeSean McCoy refused to do interviews after the team's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Last week's game between the Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles was a particularly meaningful one for McCoy as it marked the first time he has faced his former team since the Eagles traded McCoy for Kiko Alonso in the offseason.

McCoy was visibly hurt by the trade calling head coach Chip Kelly a racist on how he deals with African-American on the team. Kelly has gone on record that he had handled the trade situation wrong and has since apologized to McCoy.

It must be noted that McCoy did shake hands with Eagles owner Jeffery Laurie before the game and even went to mid-field and kissed the Eagles logo. Buffalo also made McCoy the sole team captain for the game.

The game itself was a tense battle with both teams going back and forth for the victory. McCoy had solid statistics with 74 yards on 20 carries with an additional 35 yards on 4 catches.

However, the running back's efforts were not enough as the Eagles got solid play from all sides of the field. Sam Bradford had another excellent performance since coming back from injury two weeks ago.

The Eagles defense was able to seal the game when Ed Reynolds intercepted Buffalo quarter back Tyrod Taylor with less than two minutes left to play.

Reynolds, a former fifth round draft choice, spent all of last season and most of this season on the Eagles practice squad and was called up recently due to injuries to several starters.

The win places the Eagles in a tie with Washington for first place in the NFC East, while the loss almost eliminates Buffalo from the AFC playoff picture.

Being eliminated from the playoffs is certainly a disappointment for the Bills as the franchise brought in former New York Jets coach Rex Ryan to return the team to the postseason.
