'The Hills' star Stephanie Pratt makes her debut in the UK after entering the Celebrity Big Brother house last Monday night, showing off a rather different appearance.

Stephanie Pratt is popularly known for starring in the hot US reality show 'The Hills'. She has been on the show for four seasons and has also recently appeared on the British TV series 'Made in Chelsea'.

Now, 'The Hills' star entered the UK version of 'Celebrity Big Brother', entering the house just this Monday. However, what caught the attention of the public is the striking difference in her looks, particularly her lips which appeared to be fuller.

Stephanie Pratt looked remarkably different from when she first appeared on the MTV show back in 2007. Her mug shot in 2006, which was the consequence of the star stealing US$1,300 worth of merchandise from Neiman Marcus, has also surfaced online, showing a rather haggard image of the star.

It has been a long running rumor that the reality show celeb has gotten a nose job and had something done with her chin, but she never really made any statements to refute or confirm the reports.

As long as Stephanie Pratt doesn't get evicted from the Big Brother house by the viewers, she will be spending weeks in it with actor Gary Busey, White Dee, Lauren Goodger, Kellie Maloney, Edele Lynch, Audley Harrison, Emmerdale's Claire King and many more.

In other reports, Heidi Montag, who is the wife of Stephanie Pratt's older brother Spencer Pratt, appeared in 'The Hills' along with her husband last January. Together, they became the couple that everyone loves to hate.

Heidi Montag was said to have undergone 10 plastic surgery procedures in just one day, sparking speculations that she could have influenced Stephanie Pratt to undergo plastic surgery for her lips, nose and chin.
