360 Degree Google Photo App can be Used on iPhones

A new panoramic app from Google for Android users is now available for iOS fans.

Google's new Photo Sphere app finally arrived to the iOS on Tuesday.

It's designed to help capture three-dimensional views of the world or any environment users are in.

Just like any other Google's Android-to-iOS app ports, Photo Sphere really blends well with the operating system's minimalist interface and still delivers an impressive and snappy performance.

After launching the app, a user needs to click on the camera menu option to immediately see an orange positioning dot and a target frame that prompts him to start creating creative photos.

A user can also spin it and keeps on working. It only takes five minutes of capturing images and processing to produce an excellent 360 degree image.

Photo Sphere can be adjusted based on location before a user publishes the captured image.

What makes Photo Sphere unique is that it allows users to contribute to Google Maps, one of the most popular mobile maps on the web.

Once a user submits the image, the Photo Sphere team takes 24 to 49 hours to review the image before considering incorporating it on Google Maps.

Photo Sphere also works like a Google Street View recorder on mobile phones.

The panoramic app is optimized for iPhone 5 and free to download on the Apple App Store.

Photo Sphere is only available for devices that run iOS 7 or later.
