Marijuana instead of Ice Water? B-Real Accepts ALS Challenge with a twist

Charlie Sheen did his own version of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by showering himself with cash but his act has been topped. Rapper B-Real posts a video of himself accepting the challenge favoring Marijuana over ice water.

B-Real is from Cypress Hill and he took the challenge by making it his own epic style and version. He started the video saying: "I know we're going through a drought with water and all that stuff, so we're going to do it a little different, but I accept the challenge." A man holding a bucket over his head then dumped a load of marijuana on the rapper.

B-Real posted this video last week in a channel called 'Hustla Subs'. The channel in YouTube is for hip-hop artists and enthusiasts.

B-real is a known marijuana advocate so he also nominated those who openly uses the said drug. He called out Snoop Dogg, Willie Nelson, and Woody Harrelson. He said that they only have 24 hours to accept and the screen faded to black. All other three nominees are also marijuana advocates.

There have been no responses yet from the three nominated by B-Real. To watch B-Real's own style of taking on the challenge, click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pxmg92ew7GM.

Speaking of Marijuana, it has been published this year that some elements are found in marijuana which was proven to slow down the progress of ALS in mice. This study has been done by the CNS Neuroscience and Therapeutics.

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge started going viral since this summer and as of now, donations already reached over US$ 88.5 Million. This is really a huge amount as compared to that of the funds raised last year. The said amount was gathered from July 29 to August 26 2014. As for the same time frame last year, the organization only gathered around US$ 2.6 million.
