China's TENAA listing has revealed a lot of important specifications about the Vivo V3 Max. According to the listing, the Vivo V3 Max smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch Full HD TFT display screen and is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core processor on board. Many have suggested that the chipset of the phone might be the Snapdragon 820, but as the SD820 is a quad-core chip, a MediaTek Helios P10 or Helios X10 chip is more likely to be used in the device.

The Vivo V3 Max smartphone is equipped with 3GB of RAM and comes with a built-in 32GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card slot. The handset runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system, but it is expected the company will release the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update for the phone at a later stage.

In terms of the design of the device, the V3 Max is sleek and slim in design as it only measure a dimensions of 153.90 × 77.10 × 7.58 mm and weighs is 168 grams. The phone supports all the standard connectivity options including 4G LTE connectivity. Unfortunately, the TENAA listing does not contain any details about the camera of the phone. However, one thing is for sure, it supports fingerprint scanning.

Meanwhile, the Vivo V3 smartphone has not shown up on the TENAA site yet, but it is expected to carry similar specifications to the V3 Max and possibly a smaller battery.
