Tech giant Nokia is reportedly working on a new Android smartphone to enter the handheld device battle. The rumored Nokia Android smartphone is dubbed as Nokia N73 Rebirth - to refresh the memories, the older Nokia N73 phone was initially released way back in 2006.

The Nokia N73 Android smartphone concept has been spreading online and was reportedly designed by DeviantArt. Based on the leaked image, the handheld device comes with a premium look, a sleek and slim design. The concept image of the Nokia N73 Rebirth smartphone also seems to have a huge display screen with thin bezels.

When it comes to the camera of the handset, the rear shooter module was placed in the middle of the back panel of the phone and has a dual-tone LED flashlight support. The image also shows Dual SIM card slot, SD card tray slot, a metallic trim structure, a capacitive backlit buttons with colored panels, and a physical home button below the display screen. At the back panel of the phone is where the brand name is printed.

As per rumors, the Nokia N73 Rebirth Android smartphone will sport a 5.5-inch touch screen with 2K resolution display. The handheld device is also said to be powered with Snapdragon 820 processor paired with 4GB of RAM on board. The smartphone is expected to have Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system inside and a 3,500mAh capacity battery. In addition, rumors also suggest that the device will flaunt a 20-megapixel PureView main camera and a 8-megapixel front-facing shooter.

Meanwhile, it was notable last year that the company purported Nokia C1 with Android operating system, but has not gone official yet.
