Jennifer Lopez's interview on "The View" just aired and she caused quite a stir among the show's hosts.

Lopez, along with the hosts of "The View," were looking through several photos of herself when she commented on one of her photos.

"I was a little bit on the chunky side there, as you can see."

Her comment surprised one of the hosts, Raven-Symoné, who as a joke, threw her hands in the air and walked away from the other women. Whoopi Goldberg, "The View's" moderator, then chimed in, and asked the "American Idol" judge, "Do you need us to show you what chunky looks like?"

While pointing to herself, she teasingly informed Lopez that, "This is a little bit on the chunky side." The 46-year old singer and actress, immediately attempted to explain and said that she does not always look as ripped as she does in a few of her posts on Instagram.

While laughing, she said that she fluctuates and that she goes "up and down about 7 to 8 lbs. all the time." She continued to explain that her weight has the tendency to change, as it is dependent on her performance schedule.

Whenever she's doing shows, her weight goes down and she becomes slim. When she stops, she starts eating and begins to gain a little weight, making her a bit chunky.

"Not chunky, but you feel it. For a dancer," she added.

Lopez, who is again preparing for her Las Vegas residency, also talked about her current workout. Though she still loves to run, she shared that dancing is currently making up a big part of her workout routine because of the impending "All I Have" show.

And regardless of how she feels about her body, what is important is that the "Shades of Blue" actress has learned how to accept it. In a new issue of PEOPLE magazine, Lopez shared the one thing that she has learned to love about herself and that is "I'm flawed," she said.

Watch Jennifer Lopez on her crime drama series, "Shades of Blue," which has been renewed for a second season.
