Rumors are out that the Milwaukee Bucks' head coach Jason Kidd and starting center Greg Monroe are both exiting the squad in the summer. General manager John Hammond is also speculated to leave the team to move to the New Orleans Pelicans.

ESPN indicated in its NBA Rumor Central that Kidd could be "replaced", Monroe is likely to be "shopped", and Hammond could "move on" to the Pelicans all in this coming offseason as the Bucks' team officials are planning what is said to be is a "major shake up" within the organization.

The head coach and general manager both have deals that extend up to the end of the 2016-2017 season while Monroe is only in the first year of his three-year, $51.4 million max contract with Milwaukee that will expire in the summer of 2018.

However, the 25-year-old former Georgetown standout could choose to opt out of his 2017-2018 player option and become an unrestricted free agent next summer.

Speculations have emerged, though, that the Bucks franchise will not wait for Monroe's free-agency to shop him as the team is planning to trade him this summer together with trade flop point guard Michael Carter-Williams.

Meanwhile, the Journal Times' Gery Woelfel reported that the Bucks "figure to make sweeping offseason changes, revamping their overrated roster, their underachieving coaching staff and unproductive front office".

That is about as holistic as any rebuilding could get as the report mentioned that Hammond could be "fired or leaving on his own volition" while Kidd "hasn't endeared himself to the rest of the Bucks' ownership group", which could result with the early termination of his contract this offseason.

Hammond is said to be ready to be received by the Pelicans, who are "doing some serious housecleaning themselves", as New Orleans is reportedly planning to reunite the GM with former Detroit Pistons guard Joe Dumars as the team's president of basketball operations.

Kidd, on the other hand, is deemed by the Bucks' majority owners as "arrogant" and that "his heart isn't into coaching" after choosing to undergo hip surgery in the middle of the season instead of waiting until this summer. Not only that, his actual coaching abilities and people skills are also in question by team owners.

Milwaukee is eliminated from playoff contention as they are currently donning a 33-48 record, 12th in the Eastern Conference, with only one game left in the regular season.
