French website Nowherelse.fr recently leaked a photo of what is believed to be the schematics of the iPhone 7. The schematics, most probably a CAD drawing, reveal that the iPhone 7 will retain the same design as the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S.

In terms of measurement, the leaked photo had it right down to the last millimeter. The leaked iPhone 7 schematics reveal that the smartphone will measure 67.12mm wide and 138.3mm tall. In comparison, the iPhone 6S measures 67.1mm wide and is 138.3mm tall, based on the  official specs released by Apple.

Although the leaked photo did not reveal the thickness of the iPhone 7, it is expected to be 7.1mm thick, just like the iPhone 6S.

There are rumors that the upcoming iPhone 7 will not sport a dual-camera setup. Instead, Apple is said to be reserving the feature for the iPhone 7 Pro model.

According to Forbes, another important omission revealed by a handful of leaked schematics reveal that Apple will now ditch that awkward looking antenna lines located at the rear part of the smartphone. While some skeptics believe that the antenna lines were not included since these schematics are generally used to render dimensions, it is important to note that Apple had been working for a while now in order to get rid of those antenna lines.

According to Mac World UK, Apple is scheduled to launch not two, but three new iPhones in September.
