WWDC 2016 Predictions: iOS 10 has no Major Changes, Siri for Mac Coming? [Rumors]

Apple's upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference 2016 is very much anticipated as tech aficionados are waiting for new revelations from the company. There are lots of rumors about what to expect at the event.

WWDC 2016 is the event where Apple usually introduces its latest works.

This year, Apple is expected to reveal the iOS 10, OS X 10.12, watchOS 3 and the new tvOS. The Cupertino-based company is also expected to release updates for Apple Music and other Apple applications.

iOS 10

Apple's iOS 10 might not feature major changes, but the program promises to give better performance with less battery usage.

However, there are talks that the improvements featured in the iOS 10 brings will fully come to life in the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, which will be released in September.

Siri for Mac

Aside from the iOS 10, there are rumors that Apple is also set to announce the latest Siri for Mac devices at the WWDC 2016.

The speculation started after Siri leaked the OS X. Also, Brian Roemmele wrote in his blog post that Apple is starting to alter its servers to make room for Siri on Mac.

There are talks that Apple is going to allow Siri to be used by third-party applications.

This just means that other developers can now use Siri to provide voice assistance by connecting an Apple product to other products.

WWDC 2016 will start on June 13 and will end on June 17 in San Francisco.
