Miley Cyrus' wild side has again been unleashed. She has been spotted partying hard at the after party of designer Alexander Wang at NYC on Saturday without wearing a top.

The pop star attended the event with her hair worn in her iconic style and just pasties covering her nipples. Pretty ironic since it's the New York Fashion Week and she is out and about celebrating with nothing but a pair of jeans.

The singer has been spotted wearing a black pants and ice-cream cone shaped pasties as she hit the stage with Wang. She showed off her physique as well as body arts from her arms to her body. She also sported marijuana-leaf earrings and multi-colored cat's eye sunglasses.

Cyrus even posted it on her Instagram page captioning it with: "Best night eva with@alexanderwangny". The duo was seen posing for a picture with Cyrus' signature pose: tongues sticking out.

Other photos of her made it seem like she had a rash around her neck but confirmed it on Sunday that she was just covered with pink glitters all over.

Wang is known for throwing wild parties and DJ Mess Kid, a.k.a Artem Emelianov, was there at the last minute. He tweeted about the experience saying: "This dude and his secret parties... i had no idea I was spinning the alex wang party until I was spinning the wang party."

Mess Kid also posted a picture of him and Cyrus.

Cyrus reportedly parties with Kendall and Kylie Kenner, Hailey Baldwin, Tyga and Gigi Hadid. Other stars who were invited at the after party have not been mentioned yet.

Cyrus was once a part of the group "Free the Nipple", which aimed to empower women as well as end female oppression and censorship.

Cryus is also reportedly working with a  designer who will be debuting the singer's sculptures by this month.
