Chinese-based company ZTE claims that the Axon 7 would be ready this fall for Google's Daydream mobile virtual reality platform because of its 5.5-inch quad high-definition AMOLED display. The company partnered with BMW Designworks to design the device.

The Axon 7 also sports an impressive 20-megapixel camera at the back with an aperture of f/1.8, phase detection focus, and a dual or hybrid image stabilization (IS) that has a combination of digital and optical IS, The Next Web reported. It features 64 GB of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD slot. It is packed with a 3250 mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 3.0. It comes with a dual-SIM slot and Dolby-tuned stereo speakers with a Hi-Fi audio chipset inside.

The Axon 7 is available in two color options either gold that will start shipping on July 27 or gray which would be available on August 17. The company is offering its Passport 2.0 warranty service in case the device needs replacements or gets damaged within the first two years of purchase.
