Lucasfilm and Lucasfilm Animation recently teamed up with the Disney channel to release an animation of the hit movie franchise Star Wars, naming this animated series Star Wars Rebels. The show made its pilot last October 3 and it received a whopping amount of 6.5 millions of viewers. For a first episode of an animated series, this is definitely a good sign.
