China Reveals Plans to Overhaul Exam and Enrollment System by 2020

The Chinese State Council said Thursday it was considering a complete overhaul of the country's high school and college examination and enrollment system by 2020. The State Council aims to improve fairness and transparency through amending the examination and enrollment system all over China, according to Xinhua News Agency.

The 17-year-old just graduated from high school and she has celebrated it by smoking at a luxury yacht in France. Back in 2012, Madonna publicly reprimanded her daughter, who was then 15, when she was caught in New York smoking a cigarette.
