Newly-promoted club Guizhou Hengfeng Zhicheng FC (0-0-1, 1 point) will square off with capital city team Beijing Sinobo Guoan FC (0-1-0, 0 points) in a 2017 Chinese Super League round two game on Saturday, March 11 at the Guiyang Olympic Sports Center.

Guizhou, last season's China League One runners-up, opened the China top-flight season with a 1-1 draw against former champions Liaoning Whowin in a closed-door match also at their home ground in Guiyang last Friday, the South China Morning Post reported. The stadium has a seating capacity of 52,000 but fans were not allowed to go inside as punishment for last season's celebratory pitch invasion during the team's final game versus Tianjin Quanjian.

Liaoning captain James Chamanga broke the deadlock in the 14th minute after he converted a penalty kick. However, Guizhou was able to find the equalizer nine minutes after the restart with a spot kick by former English Premier League standout Nikica Jelavic.

It was a decent start to the CSL campaign of head coach Li Bing's squad as they were considered as clear underdogs entering the new season.

Meanwhile, Beijing Guoan was nipped by defending champions Guangzhou Evergrande, 1-2, on the road at the Tianhe Stadium last Sunday, as per Xinhuanet. Turkish striker Burak Yilmaz scored the lone goal for head coach Jose Gonzalez's side as the Imperial Guards allowed two goals from Brazilian midfielder Paulinho during the match.

Paulinho scored the opening goal in the 19th minute before Yilmaz was able to knot the count with a penalty kick in the 38th. It looked like the game was headed to a 1-1 draw, but the Brazilian was able to net the winning goal with three minutes remaining before full-time.

The predicted result is a 1-0 win by Beijing Guoan.
