The iPhone 6 features a 4.7-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD Retina display with 750 x 1334 pixels resolution while the OnePlus One sports a 5.5-inch LTPS LCD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution.

The iPhone 6 has a 326 ppi pixel density while the One comes with 401 ppi. The iPhone 6 is protected by a shatter proof glass and oleophobic coating, 1 GB of RAM, Touch ID, new dual core A8 CPU and PowerVR GX6650 GPU.

It comes with 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB internal storage with no microSD card support. Meanwhile, the One is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 3 GB of RAM, quad core Snapdragon 801 CPU and Adreno 330 GPU with no microSD card support.

The iPhone 6 Plus runs on iOS 8 while the One runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat which is overlaid with CyanogenMod 11s designed for the device specifically. CyanogenMod 11s is customizable and many love this feature in the ROM.

The OnePlus One features a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera while the iPhone 6 comes with an 8 megapixel iSight rear camera with optical image stabilization and a 1.2 megapixel front camera.

The iPhone 6 also comes with a 2915 mAh battery while the OnePlus One has a 3100 mAh battery. Both iPhone 6 and OnePlus One are NFC-enabled. The iPhone 6 has a fingerprint sensor; the One doesn't have it.
