Japanese tourists who have flocked to Brazil for the 2014 FIFA World Cup are proving to be some of the best, and classiest soccer fans out there.

Fans of Japan's national soccer team went all out on Sunday as Japan took on the Ivory Coast in their first match of the World Cup.

Although there have been no official numbers released regarding how many Japanese tourists have traveled to Brazil for the World Cup, Sao Paulo boasts a large Japanese community, many of which have no doubt taken advantage of Brazil's hosting the massive event.

Japanese fans could be seen populating the crowd at Sunday's game, decked out in complete body paint and intricate costumes, causing some to refer to them as 'the best fans ever.'

However, a couple of Japan's citizens really helped seal the title after the game when they very thoughtfully began picking up trash and cleaning their areas before leaving the stadium.

Post their 2-1 loss to Ivory Coast, Japanese were captured in photographs holding trash bags and cleaning up their sections of the stands.

This is definitely a different, and more polite, approach to soccer than what has been seen recently from fans around the world.

Most notably, fans from Argentina clashed with Brazilian police on Sunday leading up to the Argentina vs. Bosnia game.

Things got a little rowdy as Argentinian revelers flooded the streets of Rio de Janeiro and police reportedly had to disperse up to 3,000 fans using pepper spray and batons.

Officials managed to get the crowd calmed down and disseminated before any injuries occurred or arrests took place. Argentina's national team then went on to a 2-1 win against Bosnia.

It's obvious that Japan's fans really go the distance when it comes to being passionate yet well-behaved supporters of their country's soccer team!
