With Loss of Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, Dragic Brothers Step in for Miami Heat

After the injuries of Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, two rays of hope have just made it to the Miami Heat before the National Basketball Association's (NBA) trading deadline in the form of Goran and Zoran Dragic.

The Dragic brothers were recently introduced to the media in South Florida. The conference took place only a few hours before the Heat clashed with the New Orleans Pelicans.

No downtime is expected for Goran, as the Heat is planning to suit him up for a game on Saturday night. Goran will be taking up the role of Wade.

While the Slovenian brothers are eager to play with the Heat, Goran acted diplomatic regarding his long-term commitment to the organization. In an interview with a Spanish reporter, Goran just indicated that business is business.

The Dragic brothers are looking to be relied upon by the Heat as Wade and Bosh have sustained injuries and conditions that have rendered them unable to play the remainder of the 2014-2015 season.

Wade was expected to play in the All-Star weekend. However, he suffered a hamstring injury and opted out of playing during the weekend.

He also cited that he owed the Heat fans the opportunity to get well and play in front of them first before playing before other fans.

Bosh on the other hand has been confined to a hospital after being diagnosed with blood clots in his lungs.

In a statement released via the Heat website, the organization said that Bosh is currently receiving treatment with the guidance of the Heat's team physicians.

He is currently at a Baptist Health System Hospital resting comfortably. The Heat added in their statement that the prognosis is looking good. However, he will also be out for the remainder of the season.

Prior to the injuries, the Heat were looking to make a run in the East Conference.

It is the team's hope that the Dragic brothers can fill in what they need to reach their goals.
